Have you already figured out that Big Chill is a perfect fit for your reception, but can't seem to find a place for your ceremony? 
 
No worries! Big Chill would love to host your ceremony along with your reception! Our ceremony room can hold up to 150 guests seated.

Ceremony Package 

Includes all the following: 

 

  •  Dressing rooms to get ready in

  • 1 hour for ceremony (5 hours total w/reception)

  • Set-up/break-down of up to 150 white-resin padded chairs 

  • A  ceremony coordinator (helps you build the ceremony program and directs the ceremony) 

  • 1 hour rehearsal prior to wedding day 

  • Tables for guestbook, unity candle, sand ceremonies, etc..

  • Lighting of all candles/lights 

  • Floor standing easels

Receptions
Wedding planning is such a fun and exciting experience, but we know it can be a little overwhelming at times in the anticipation of "The Big Day".  Let us take some of that weight off your shoulders so that when it's time for your reception, it’s time for you to just “Chill". Our Wedding Specialists will make sure that you are a guest at your own wedding!

Our facility is over 13,000 square feet with a 1,000 square foot dance floor and built-in stage to keep your guests dancing all night long!

Our fireside lounge has a built-in bar and is the perfect space to gather your guests for a little mingling before heading into the reception area to get the celebration started!   

 

Capacity:

  • Up to 665 guests for cocktail style receptions (minimal to no seating)

  • Up to 300 guests for seated receptions

In-House Catering and Alcohol: 

  • All food and beverage is provided on-site by our talented chefs, therefore we do not allow outside catering

  • We offer open bar, consumption and cash bar packages! 

 

All-Inclusive Dining Packages:

 

       Includes all the following

  • Your selected dining package which includes 1 hour of hors d'oeuvres (Buffet, plated, stations, family style options available)

  • Unsweetened tea, sweet tea, Regular and Decaf coffee and water

  • Access to venue 5 hours prior to the start of the event

  • The set-up and break-down of all Big Chill rental items 

  • On-site venue supervisor (present entire time of event)

  • Center-post, padded, 5 ft round tables 

  • 6ft and 8ft rectangular tables 

  • High top cocktail tables for cocktail area 

  • Table skirting and dressing 

  • Fine dining Mahogany chairs

  • Choice of Ivory and Black napkins and tablecloths 

  • China

  • Flatware

  • Stemware

  • Glassware 

  • Servers

  • Bartenders

  • Clean up and trash removal

  • Coat check (weather permitting)

  • Lighting of candles/lights

  • Access to floor standing easels, cake stands, trays and glassware for displays  

  • Menu tasting 

  • Vendor scheduling and supervision of vendor setup/breakdown
