Corporate Events at Big Chill

The perfect venue for holiday parties, corporate dinners, year-end celebrations, company anniversaries, awards banquets, casino nights and much more! Located only 6 blocks from Charlotte's center city, Big Chill offers convenience with a unique and charming atmosphere. 


​Our dining packages can accommodate breakfast, lunch and dinner service with heavy hors d'oeuvres, stations, buffet, plated and family style dining options. With our two full built-in bars, our refined decor, complete A/V packaging options and our 1,000 square foot dance floor, your corporate event is bound to be most memorable.

Capacity:

Up to 600 guests for cocktail style events

Up to 300 guests for seated events

100 person minimum for weekend events  

*Venue Rental: 4 hours of event time and use of the entire venue  (additional time may be added)

Saturday Venue Rental Fee: $2,500

Friday or Sunday Venue Rental Fee: $1500

Monday- Thursday Venue Rental Fee: $1,000 ​

Dining Packages:  

All food and beverage is provided on-site by our talented chefs, therefore we do not allow outside catering. 

 

Our all-inclusive dining packages include all of the following:

  • Your selected dining package which includes 1 hour of butlered hors d'oeuvres or substitute for desserts

  • Unsweetened tea, sweet tea, Regular and Decaf coffee and water

  • Access to venue 5 hours prior to the start of the event

  • The set-up and break-down of all Big Chill rental items 

  • On-site Venue Supervisor (present entire time of event)

  • Center-post, padded, 5 ft round tables set to your specific guest count

  • 6ft and 8ft rectangular tables for gifts, place cards, etc..

  • High top cocktail tables for cocktail area 

  • Table skirting and dressing 

  • Fine dining Mahogany chairs

  • Choice of Ivory and Black napkins and table cloths 

  • All china, flatware, stemware, glassware and all serveware needed for specific dining package selected

  • Servers

  • Bartenders

  • Clean up and Trash removal

  • Coat check (if applicable)

  • All lighting of candles 

  • Floor standing easels  

  • Menu tasting 

  • Vendor scheduling and supervision of vendor set up
